July–September 2026 — A leadership programme’s value continues to unfold after its closing session. Participants return to their institutions with ideas to apply, research to develop and relationships to maintain. HERS-EA’s third quarter of 2026 brought these stages together through the Ninth Leadership Academy, university engagements, writing support and alumnae exchange.

January–March 2026 — Women’s leadership develops through individual effort, but it also depends on the institutions, networks and opportunities around it. During the first quarter of 2026, HERS-EA worked across these connections, strengthening its governance, engaging university leaders and bringing research into conversations about education and inclusion.

April–June 2026 — For women working in higher education, professional development often involves several demands at once: strengthening leadership skills, completing research, publishing and finding collaborators. HERS-EA’s second quarter of 2026 focused on building support across these connected parts of academic life. Renewed funding, policy dialogue, alumnae achievements and international exchanges helped advance that work.
