Ms. Pamela Kabagambe is currently serving as a Volunteer for HERS-EA since September 2018. Before that she worked as an Administrator for > 15 years at various organizations including Nakasero Hospital Ltd, AAR Health Services, Manhattan Area Habitat for Humanity providing a range of social services such as: healthcare, affordable housing, women empowerment. At HERS-EA, Ms Kabagambe’s responsibilities include: Support the development of grant proposals, and follow-up activities; Identify and attend to issues affecting compliance with donor programs; Assist the HERS-EA Eecutive Director in coordination and audits; Handle financial/budgetary assignments; Assist with Human Resource activities, such as: developing Job Descriptions, and HR policies, etc.; Assist top management in creating, modifying and updating Company policies.
